ABOUT
In 1989, Michael and Stephen Paletta founded Westmoreland Construction. Since its inception, Westmoreland has been one of the premier infrastructure contractors in the New York Metropolitan region. Focused primarily in the 5 boroughs of New York, Westmoreland has installed miles of sewer, water and roadways. Since 1992, Westmoreland has completed more than 200 miles of telecommunications infrastructure and has served many of the world's largest communication firms such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint as well as a host of national and local companies.
Westmoreland began it's nearly 30 year existence as a small utility contractor for Con Edison and has grown to work for more than 100 different private and public entities.
As president of Westmoreland, Michael Paletta has guided and grown the company, establishing a reputation for outstanding customer service and reliable on time completion of work.
